Why should I do this program? 

A program designed for better handling of emotions while using the second pillar of Mindfulness. It seeks to accompany the participant through meditation and attention management in order to improve their emotional regulation and expand their understanding of the events around them.

This program is unique since its content will be given not only from the contemplative practice and its theoretical understanding, but also through an account of the teachings of the main authors who have written on the subject of mindfulness of emotions, both in the East and in the West. This will allow for you to understand how you can cultivate its positive seeds in a conscious way.
