Mindfulness for equanimity

Why should I do this program? 

The duration of this program is six weeks, with a different module for each meeting. The topics will be reviewed from the theory and practice of meditation as well as tools for interrelation and coexistence with others.

This formation offers a different of understanding the cognitive processes of mindfulness in order for you to cultivate the resources within them to achieve balance, calm and harmony in each of the circumstances you might come across in life.
