Why should I do this program? 

The fundamental objective of this program is to integrate the practice of mindfulness into daily life in a smooth way. The teaching method is applied to the particular needs of each person in order to improve the individual process of attention, concentration and interrelationships.

It is a program that synthesizes the basic principles of mindfulness, tailored to each person, according to the concerns and needs defined by a diagnosis and implementation process.


The methodology of the classes seeks to enable the practitioner to understand the basic principles of mindfulness, develop their personal meditation style and apply the principles in their daily life on an ongoing basis. In a simple and easy manner, the person starts usually starts with 5 daily minutes up to 20 minutes of meditation at the end of the training.
