We aim to hold and nurture human fragility by reframing difficult experiences. This openness to pain comes from personal experience, as well as working in diverse settings, including: soldiers in recovery from the Colombian army, cancer patients, young people struggling with depression, individuals in mourning, and those facing radical life changes to build new beginnings.
Each program I facilitate is unique, tailored to the personal story of the participant, and rooted in the principles of "Meditation as a Safe Space" (MSS)®.
